Conditions of participation:
Registration fee – 10 000 rub ( 222 €). Obligatory for all exhibitors.
Registration fee includes:
- organization expenses,
- advertising,
- exhibitor information pocket ,
- 2 personal badges,
- an invitation of the representative to the round-table and business- buffet,
- our company advertising in the official booklet of the event
Booklet advertising. Exclusive conditions only for foreign exhibitors:
- colour А-4 – 15.000 rub (332 €)
- black and white А-4 – 10.000 rub (222 €),
- 2-3 cover pages А-4 – 17 000 rub (377 €),
- 4 cover pages А-4 – 20.000 rub (444 €),
- logo on the front cover – 7000 rub (155 €)
A stander placed in the exhibition area, a banner (1m x 1,5) - 10.500 rub (232 €) during all the exhibition.
An equipped stand
Stand includes an ordered area of a booth, carpeting, table and 2 chairs, 1 spotlight per each 4 m, general security, cleaning of aisles and common areas.
1 m² of an equipped stand – 5000 rub (110 €)
1 m² of an equipped corner stand – 5500 rub (120 €)
An additional inscription on the frieze 150 rub (4 €) 1 sign
An advantageous offer for all participants of the exhibition.
Fee payment schedule:
The application for booking a space since March 15 is carried out only in the presence of free space and 100% payment of the cost of participation.
The final payment for participation in the exhibition is carried out until April 10.
Refusal of participation
Exhibitor engages to notify the Organiser of refusal of participation in the exhibition.
Under these conditions the registration fee is not refundable. This action stipulates the fact that the Organizer sustained damages in the preparation of the exhibition.
The Organizer is entitled to refuse to grant an exhibition space to the Exhibitor in default of payment till March, 15
